I’ve been here a few times and the most recent was two weeks ago. I spent $50 on a car wash and the workers did the bare minimum. I just feel like unless you’re bringing a BMW here or a Mercedes. They’re not gonna do their best they’re gonna put minimum effort into whatever they’re doing. I won’t ever go back to this location. It’s a waste of money and time.

It's nice that it is a touchless car wash for protecting your exterior clearcoat from scratches, but pretty mediocre job on the interior wipe down for the $35 they charge. Also took one hour.

The service at this location has continued to decline over the last year. I continued to use them because of the location. For women’s month they offered a 20% off discount which I took advantage of as my car is 4 years old and it was due for an interior and exterior detail. Finally got it done last week and disappointed is an understatement. While I knew their service has been declining, I thought the time and cost of a $300 package would be different. I thought attention to detail wouldn’t be missed. I was wrong. Is it worth going back to complain? No, because I’ve addressed $50 car washes and nothings changed. Shame on me for thinking a $300 package would be a different experience. I’ll include pictures though in the light of day and in garage it’s hard to see the extensive water spits on mirrors, rear view mirror didn’t look touched, marks I could wipe off with my finger etc. While the windows needed to be left down a bit for the seats to dry, explain why they wouldn’t then take the time to clean the build up from windows always being closed? I used this car wash due to the proximity to my worksite, I can’t complain about the wash, car was good looking after every time I left it there. But I had some issues with my car for all the last times I left my car in there. Previos from last wash my wheel was loosen by someone and it almost pops out of the car when I was riding the highway but I did not think it was their fault at first but the last wash was the indicator that they do not take care of the cars. My last wash was this Saturday 2/22/2025, I left my car in there working perfectly and when I went to take out my car I notice that my clutch pedal was not the same, which I talk to someone that just wrote an incident report, also noticed that one of the letters out of my trunk was now missing. They have not reach back to me at all it’s Tuesday 2-25-2025 right now and nobody has reach back. I really can not complain about the wash but I think they mistreat the cars. They didn’t even get me at least the refund out of the wash…

Over priced and takes forever. It takes almost an hour to do a full service car wash. Nothing fancy. Pulled in with only 2 cars this morning to order and start vacuuming. Growing up in the car wash industry, lots of employees moving like slugs. Won't be back.
